Your attorney

Experience shaped in Texas courtrooms.

Chase Butler has spent his career working inside the Texas legal system—as a prosecutor, advocate, and trial attorney.

Originally from Bonham and raised in a family of attorneys and elected judges, Chase learned early that the practice of law is grounded in hard work, faith, and personal relationships. He began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Bexar County after interning for the Honorable Emilio M. Garza of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and serving on the St. Mary’s Law Journal.

Today, he represents clients in difficult, deeply personal matters with a straightforward commitment: know the case, communicate clearly, and be prepared to try it.
